What do you shop for when you visit Walt Disney World? Souvenirs? Ear hats? Diamonds? When on the Disney Cruise Line perhaps it is diamonds! Diamonds International, a fine jewelry company, just opened a new retail location at Disney Springs at Walt Disney World.
The brand is well known for shops-in-shop stores in ports of call across the Caribbean cruise circuit. The new location at Disney Springs is the company’s first non-cruise related location within the United States.
“We’re excited to be an elite luxury watch retailer at Disney Springs,” Tom Tanner, vice president of marketing for Diamonds International, said in a company statement. “We believe in creating shopping experiences tailored to this exciting location and the guests it caters to.”
The boutique is filled with well-known designer watch brands including Bomberg, Breitling, Bulgari, Chopard, Citizen, Guess, Hublot, Kyboe!, Montblanc, Movado, SevenFriday, TAG Heuer, Tissot, TW Steel, Ulysse Nardin, and Zenith. The boutique also features a sizable collection of fine diamond and tanzanite jewelry, including Diamond International brands Crown of Light (diamond jewelry) and Safi Kilima (tanzanite jewelry).
“For nearly 30 years we have served more than 5 million satisfied customers traveling across the Caribbean, Mexico, and Alaska,” said Julius Slaughter, general manager of the new store, in a company statement.
“We have repeatedly been asked when [we] will be opening a boutique in the contiguous U.S.—Disney Springs is the ideal location to expand our reach into new tourism markets.”
Are you looking forward to this new location at Disney Springs? Or is shopping for diamonds and fine jewelry not on your agenda when you visit? Let me know what you think in the comments.
