I am an avid Disney Cruiser. I finally achieved Platinum last Fall and have been living my best life on the Disney ships for a while now. With more and more details being released about the fifth ship, the Disney Wish, I truly believe it is what fairytales are made of.
At D23 Expo 2019, the name of the new ship was revealed and the fact that Rapunzel would be the character on the stern of the ship. What I didn’t realize is that Pascal will be right there with her! I love Pascal! Rapunzel is already tied for my favorite Princess but he is my favorite sidekick for sure.
Of course, that’s not what makes this ship a real-life Fairytale. I am thinking more about some of the things Disney announced in their very short, but info filled, video a couple of days ago. The ship is based around enchanted fairytales from the grand staircase to the oversized chandelier. There will be more encounters with Princesses and characters…. you need to see it for yourself. Take a look at the video that was released.
The Disney Cruise Line ships already try to be the best they can toward the environment but the Disney Wish will even be powered by liquified natural gas! Wow!
The first cruise will set sail in January 2022 and I feel like that is my birthday present because you can be darn sure I will be on it! Let the countdown begin!
Are you excited for the new Disney Cruise Line ships?
