Not too long ago we shared a sneak peek from the new Disney Villains Midnight Masquerade Designer Collection! We’re excited to announce that Disney has finally revealed not only the villains joining the crew, but what they will look like!
Just like the Disney Princess Midnight Masquerade Collection last year, this is another designer doll collection! The collection will feature six Disney Villains, all dressed up and ready for the masquerade ball.
Villains featured include:
- Yzma
- Maleficent
- Evil Queen
- Hades
- Lady Tremaine
- and also Ursula
I am especially excited to see Yzma and Lady Tremaine. These are both villains that don’t often get their due! Plus we also have Hades, he’s a pop culture favorite as well. These will be available online through the MerchPass system.
Maleficent
The first Disney Villain to make their appearance will be Maleficent. Maleficent launches for MerchPass on October 6. I love that they have also kept the same face and hair design for Maleficent as previous designer dolls of her.
Lady Tremaine
Cinderella’s wicked stepmother Lady Tremaine will be available for MerchPass on October 13. Do you see the chain work of that open skirt? Saucy! It has also been quite some time since we’ve seen her as a doll, so welcome back wicked step mum!
Ursula
The wicked sea witch Ursula will be bubbling up from the deeps for MerchPass on October 20. This wicked doll also has a crown accenting one of her tentacles! I can’t even begin to handle the fierceness.
Yzma
Yzma will be pulling the lever for MerchPass on October 27th. We’re screaming over the Yzma designer doll! Even her masquerade mask has Inca details and inspirations woven into the design. Disney has really gone above and beyond on this doll.
Evil Queen
The Evil Queen is working on her spells for her MerchPass release on November 3. She also has a very “Regina” from Once Upon a Time feel to her, and I’m loving it.
Hades
Last but not least we have Hades. Hades will be rising from the underworld on November 10th for the MerchPass. I’m really excited to also see a guy as part of the collection who isn’t a princess too!
