The Disney Company loves to celebrate! Anniversaries are the perfect reason for fans alike to represent our favorites whether it’s a character, movie, or park! This weekend at the D23 Ultimate Fan event, Disneyland’s 70th Merch Design was Revealed.
What an amazing few years we’ve had! First, the year-long celebration in Orlando of Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary. Followed by the extravagant Disney100 fanfare. Did you know that in Summer 2025, Disneyland turns 70? Bring on the fabulous merch! The first item displayed was the spirit jersey. Utilizing bright colors, Disneyland is bannered across the shoulders dotted with pennant flags. Underneath you’ll find a retro collage of iconic ride elements.
The same collage is found on the back of a black baseball jersey with teal trim. However, on the baseball jersey, Mickey’s smiling face is added. Other key design elements of the baseball jersey include the notorious Disneyland “D” on the sleeve as well as Sleeping Beauty’s castle on the bottom hem. Find 70 with Mickey as the “0” on the left chest decal. I love the option of a light-colored Spirit Jersey or a dark-colored baseball jersey. It’s the best of both worlds.
Accessories abound for fans. Keep cool in the sun with a navy baseball hat featuring the “70” design. You will also be able to grab a magnet with the same illustration.
