This Mickey Mouse ring is made from Disneyland history

By Monica V | Updated on May 7, 2020

It won’t come as a shock when I say that I collect Disney memorabilia. Some of my favorite pieces have their origins in Disney Parks history. For example, I have a framed park map from the 1971 Walt Disney World opening. When I saw this Mickey Mouse ring on Etsy, I thought it was pretty cute. But then I read a little more about the ring and I liked it so much more!

This one of a kind Mickey Mouse ring is crafted from discontinued Disneyland locker tokens. What a great upcycled gift for the Disney fan that has everything!

Before I got my engagement ring, I was never much of ring wearer. But now, I think this “token” of Disneyland history would make a great thumb or index finger ring. What do you think? The Mickey Mouse ring is available in size 5-12. If you don’t know your ring size, just stop into your local jeweler to be measured.

Now, just to note, since this ring is made of brass, some individuals may experience some discoloration of the skin. However, the Etsy shop treats each ring with microcrystalline wax, which may be sufficient in preventing skin discoloration. To be extra careful, it may be best to apply a coat of clear fingernail polish to the inside of the ring to act as a barrier preventing direct skin contact.

There is one FREE re-sizing per ring for the life of the purchase, however, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Head over to GeekPrintsandGifts on Etsy to check it out. What do you think of this Mickey Mouse ring made of Disneyland history? Would you rock this piece of Disneyland memorabilia? Let me know what you think in the comments.
