The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is almost here, and Disney has officially released the 2026 Foodie Guide! This year’s festival runs from August 27 through November 21, 2026, bringing Global Marketplaces, returning favorites, and plenty of brand-new dishes to EPCOT.
This year is also a big one because the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is celebrating its 30th anniversary. Disney is digging into the festival archives to bring back dishes from years past, but we’re focusing on what’s completely new for 2026.
There are a LOT of new bites to discover, so let’s break them down marketplace by marketplace!
The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More
The brand-new The Wedge Hosted by Dairy Does More will be located inside CommuniCore Hall and available from September 18 through November 8. As you might guess from the name, cheese is the star here!

New menu items include:
Selection of Cheeses – Served with accompaniments and featuring Proudly Wisconsin Cheese.
Crab and Corn Macaroni and Cheese – Smoked cheddar sauce, bacon, crab seasoning, roasted corn, herbed panko, and jalapeños. While this dish is technically marked new on the 2026 menu, Disney notes that it was originally introduced at Farm Fresh in 2015.
Cannoli Milk Shake – A sweet new sip topped with chocolate shavings, a cannoli shell, and a maraschino cherry.
If you consider cheese its own food group, The Wedge definitely needs to be on your festival itinerary!
Brew-Wing Lab at The Odyssey
Brew-Wing Lab is back, and there are new flavors joining the lineup.

Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps – Bo ssam pork belly is paired with kimchi slaw and spicy aïoli. This dish originally appeared at the South Korea marketplace in 2010.
Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle – PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese mousse is layered with citrus sauce and spice cake before being topped with cranberry streusel. This returning-from-the-archives dish originally appeared at Hops & Barley in 2011.
Frozen Apple Blossom – Apple cider, ginger ale, apple brandy, mini marshmallows, and maple syrup come together for a very fall-forward frozen cocktail.
Gyozas of the Galaxy
The name alone makes us want to stop at Gyozas of the Galaxy!

Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings – Chicken dumplings are served with basil pesto, fonduta, tomato confit, and balsamic.
Edamame Dumplings – These plant-based dumplings are paired with butternut squash purée, caramelized onions, sage, and walnut-toasted garlic aillade.
The Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings are already high on our list. Pesto, fonduta, and dumplings? Yes, please!
Earth Eats
Earth Eats will open a little later in the festival, beginning October 2.

Lemon-Almond-Olive Oil Cake – This new dessert is served with whipped Greek yogurt panna cotta.
It sounds light, refreshing, and like the perfect little sweet treat after sampling some of the festival’s heavier dishes.
Sunshine Seasons
You’ll even find a new festival treat inside Sunshine Seasons!

Mickey-shaped Celebration Macaron – What better way to celebrate 30 years of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival than with Mickey? This new macaron is almost guaranteed to be one of the most photogenic treats of the festival.
Mexico
Mexico has several brand-new savory dishes to try this year.

Tostada de Osso Buco – Pork osso buco sits atop a fried corn tortilla with chipotle black beans, salsa verde, queso fresco, and chives.
Taco de Camaron – Crispy tempura shrimp is paired with shredded cabbage and chipotle aïoli inside a flour tortilla.
There is plenty happening at this marketplace for anyone who loves Mexican flavors, especially if seafood is on your festival wish list.
Japan
Japan has several new dishes this year, including a couple of handheld options that should make snacking around World Showcase easy.

Spicy Temaki Hand Roll – Spicy tuna, cucumber, rice cracker, and spicy mayonnaise sauce are wrapped together in a temaki hand roll. Disney notes that this dish was originally introduced in 1996.
Beef Wagyu Temaki Hand Roll – Savory American Wagyu beef is paired with pickled ginger and spicy mayonnaise sauce.
Mango-Apple Fruit Pearl – This might be one of the more unusual new festival offerings! A mango-apple fruit pearl is paired with wasabi-soy sauce flavored potato chips.
The Beef Wagyu Temaki Hand Roll definitely has our attention!
Funnel Cake
Fall has officially arrived at the Funnel Cake stand between The American Adventure and Japan.

Pumpkin Pie Funnel Cake – A classic funnel cake is topped with pumpkin pie ice cream, whipped cream, dark chocolate sauce, cinnamon streusel, and powdered sugar.
Pumpkin pie ice cream AND funnel cake? This is exactly the kind of over-the-top dessert we expect from an EPCOT festival.
Hops & Barley
Hops & Barley is serving up one of the new dishes we think could become a festival favorite.

Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt – Chopped smoked brisket, caramelized onions, tangy barbecue sauce, and cheddar sauce are piled onto a potato roll.
This one sounds hearty, cheesy, messy, and absolutely delicious. Bring extra napkins!
Bramblewood Bites
If you are ready to embrace fall flavors, head toward Bramblewood Bites on the walkway between the Imagination! Pavilion and World Showcase.

Brûléed Sweet Potatoes – Sweet potatoes are paired with dried cranberries, walnut streusel, and orange goat cheese.
This dish has Thanksgiving written all over it. The combination of sweet potatoes, cranberries, walnuts, and goat cheese sounds like fall on a plate.
Forest & Field
There is a brand-new plant-based option at Forest & Field.

Spicy Black Bean-Mushroom Chili – Black bean and mushroom chili is topped with plant-based sour cream, plant-based cheddar, and cornbread croutons.
We love seeing another hearty plant-based option on the festival menu, especially one that fits so perfectly with the fall season.
More New Sweets
Dessert fans have even more to look forward to!

Blackberry Buckle – Blackberry Buckle is paired with blackberry gelato and streusel.
Pumpkin Pie Milk Shake – Vanilla ice cream, pumpkin pie filling, and caramel sauce are blended together and topped with whipped cream and streusel.
Between blackberry gelato and pumpkin pie in milk shake form, we might have to make an entire trip around EPCOT dedicated to dessert!
So Many New Flavors to Try!
The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is mixing plenty of nostalgia into its 30th anniversary celebration, but we’re equally excited about all the new flavors joining the party.
The Basil Pesto Chicken Dumplings, Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt, Beef Wagyu Temaki Hand Roll, Brûléed Sweet Potatoes, and Pumpkin Pie Funnel Cake are definitely standing out on our must-try list.
Of course, this is just the new-food side of the festival. There are plenty of returning favorites, anniversary dishes, beers, wines, cocktails, and other beverages included in Disney’s complete Foodie Guide.
