Disney fashionistas are always looking for the rare and fabulous Disney finds. Don’t you agree? I feel like we see a lot of Princess Collections, as well as Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Rightfully so! They are probably the bread and butter (I’m assuming) of Disney fashion. Sometimes it’s nice to bring different characters into the mix. I loved the Lilo and Stitch Collection just recently released at Hot Topic but imagine my surprise when I saw 2 new dresses on the site. There are rare characters represented on the new Disney dresses from Hot Topic!
I love Hercules! The songs are fabulous and Megara is fabulous and witty. It’s about time there is a dress featuring this film and it’s characters.The pottery look to this dress is really true to the film’s aesthetic and I really like that the background color is black. That’s not as popular as I would like when it comes to dresses. This would be so slimming!
This dress looks to be the same silhouette in the pictures and it also has a black base, however, the characters this time around are from The Lion King! This is another movie that doesn’t have enough fashion representation! When I did a super fast look the colors made me think of Mulan but, at closer look, this dress works well for The Lion King. It can’t be a brown base, like one may expect, or you wouldn’t be able to see Nala and Simba!
These dresses are both available at Hot Topic online HERE. My local Hot Topics did not have them but apparently there are fashion stores and accessory stores and that affects what the store receives in house. Good to know! Safe bet is buying online. Aside from that, there is also 20% off online!
