It seems like forever ago that we shared the news of the Her Universe Ears coming to the Disney Parks Designer Collection. The wait for these Ears is finally coming to an end and there’s even an opportunity to meet Ashley Eckstein with their release!
For those fashionistas at D23 Expo 2019, the wait wasn’t quite as long. I was fortunate enough to snag the very last pair of Her Universe Leia Ears at the Dream Store. However, for fashionistas that were not able to attend the Expo, this day has taken forever to get here!
All the details about the design can be found HERE. If you aren’t sold, I promise you that these Ears are much more stunning in person. No picture has done them justice. I promise. Ashley and her team thought about the design to the last detail and Star Wars fans will not be disappointed.
Ashley will even be at Launch Bay Cargo Disney’s Hollywood Studios on Triple Force Friday for the release! She will be there from 9 am-12 pm. Wristbands will be distributed to guests at store open on the day of the signing with the purchase of the ear headband designed by Ashley. A wristband from the appearance location is required to meet Ashley Eckstein and allows the guest to get two items signed. A limited number of wristbands will be available on the day of the signing. Once the wristbands have been distributed, the line to meet Ashley Eckstein will close.
I can tell you from experience that these wristbands go very quickly. This is because Ashley is one of the most incredible people on the planet and everyone wants to meet her. She touches everyone she meets and she takes the time to talk to you. If you are fortunate enough to grab a wristband, please tell her I say hello.
The Her Universe Designer Ears will also be available on shopDisney for $78.
