As the resident foodie here at Disney Fashionista, I am super excited that the 2022 Flower & Garden Foodie Guide has arrived! Personally, I think the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival has the best festival food, so I am super excited about this year’s list! The festival runs from March 2nd through July 4th, so let’s dive in!
At Flavor Full Kitchen, you can grab some grilled street corn, seared salmon, and strawberry mousse then wash it down with a blood orange agua fresca or cookie butter worms and dirt!
EPCOT Sunshine Griddle will be offering avocado toast, shrimp and grits, corned beef brisket hash, and fried cinnamon roll bites along with a Froot Loops shake!
The Honey Bee-stro will have Tupelo honey and sweet corn spoon bread, lavender honey-mustard chicken flatbread, and local wildflower honey mascarpone cheesecake along with a honey-peach freeze in the adorable Spike the Bee Sipper Cup!
The Citrus Blossom will have crispy mojo marinated pork belly, a tuna tataki bowl, a grapefruit tart, and an orange-lemon smoothie in the adorable Orange Bird Sipper Cup!
Refreshment Port will have Italian Sausage and Peppers Poutine along with salted cucumber hard cider and a lavender martini!
Pineapple Promenade will have a spicy hot dog, DOLE Whip, the iconic Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade, and DOLE Whip with Fanta!
Towel & Trellis will have grilled baby vegetables, Impossible sausage, and kale soup, boneless Impossible Korean short rib, chocolate cake, and Twinings energizing matcha cranberry and lime green tea!
At Refreshment Outpost, you can grab a pineapple skewer and tangerine soft-serve!
At Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market, you can pick up potato pancakes with applesauce or with caramelized ham, onions, and sour cream, pretzel bread with ham and melted Gruyère, and warm strudel!
Magnolia Terrace will have a southern seafood boil, spicy chicken gumbo, grilled oysters, boudin bites, and a pecan praline!
Tangierine Café: Flavors of the Medina will have a Mediterranean flatbread and the fabulous rose panna cotta.
La Isla Fresca will have arepas topped with melted queso fresco, shrimp, avocado, and tomato sauce, or chorizo, and coconut tres leches, along with a Tropical Breeze, which is lemonade, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup!
EPCOT Farmers Feast will feature three different menus throughout the festival! The Early Bloom Menu (March 2-April 9) will have chilled potato and leek soup, bison rib-eye, and a goat cheese creamsicle pop. The Springtime Menu (April 10-May 21) will have grilled vegetable bruschetta, spring lamb, and strawberry rhubarb upside-down cake. The Sumer Solstice Menu (May 22-July4) will feature tomato and cornbread panzanella, barbecue seared pork tenderloin, and a whole lotta melon (watermelon curd, pickled watermelon rind, watermelon caramel, and compressed watermelon)! Beverages during the festival will include raspberry lemon verbena whole-leaf-steeped sparkling hard tea and a hibiscus lemonade cocktail featuring hibiscus gin.
Cider House will have a BLT scone and a dark chocolate raspberry tart along with a selection of hard ciders!
Northern Bloom will have seared scallops, beef tenderloin tips, griddled maple pound cake, and the fabulous maple popcorn shake!
Jardin de Fiestas will have an enchilada de mole negro, a taco vampiro, and a tostada de chorizo along with a poppy flower margarita and a hypnotic margarita.
Lotus House will have a spicy mala chicken skewer, cheesy crab wontons, and rose bubble milk tea!
Primavera Kitchen will have arancini, ravioli all boscaiola, and bomboloni.
Hanami will have the fan-favorite Frushi, chicken yakitori, and beef tataki.
Fleur de Lys will have a croissant with goat cheese, herbs and roasted garlic, a Niçoise sandwich, French green lentil salad, and a caramelized beignet!
You can also pick up a strawberry cheesecake funnel cake at the Funnel Cake stand!
Last, but certainly not least, make sure you check out the offerings from the various Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea locations! At World Discovery (Near Mission: SPACE), try the Minty Melon Refresher (A lightly caffeinated blend of watermelon-cucumber-mint juice with strawberries and blueberries (Spirited option available featuring Watermelon-Basil Vodka)). Near Canada, try the Strawberry Fields Refresher (A lightly caffeinated blend of strawberry açaí juice with strawberries and blueberries (Spirited option available featuring strawberry-lemongrass vodka)). At World Showcase (Near Disney Traders), try the Pink Paradise Refresher (A lightly caffeinated blend of refreshing dragon fruit-lychee juice with strawberries and blueberries (Spirited option available featuring watermelon-basil vodka)). At The American Adventure, try a Wildberry Wonder Refresher (A lightly caffeinated blend of wildberry-hibiscus juice with strawberries and blueberries (Spirited option available featuring tropical rum))
